How cancellations are handled, what deductions apply, and when refunds are processed — written plainly so there are no surprises later.

In case, due to whatsoever reason(s), if an advertiser requests cancellation of an advertisement, 45% of the amount paid will be deducted by Cybertricks Media Pvt. Ltd. as cancellation charges.

Section 02
Additionally, pro-rata deductions from the total contract amount paid will be applied based on the actual live duration of the advertisement already consumed vis-à-vis the total booked period.
Example
If the ad ran for a portion of the booked period, charges for the consumed portion will be deducted separately along with the 45% cancellation fee.
Section 03
Eligible refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be credited back to the original mode of payment.
Cybertricks Media Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to verify and approve refund requests.
Section 04
Completed advertising services or campaigns already delivered.
Services purchased under discounts, offers or special pricing.
Failure to provide required ad creatives, details, or approvals on time.
